Lightly used, >2 yrs old with >250 hrs use. Cherry in color and condition.

Do you want the kind of gut-wrenching bottom end makes home theatre truly come alive? By incorporating either of these units into your loudspeaker set-up you can extend your bass response to the lowest realms imaginable without compromising the unlimited dynamic range and natural, powerful low frequency reproduction that have always been a part of the Dynaudio experience.

The Audience SUB-20 A is actively powered by hand-built amplifiers to increase efficiency and improve output levels while still maintaining excellent sonic performance. When used in a stereo set-up, sub woofers not only improve the low frequency response and volume of the main speakers, but also extend their life-span by taking some of the stress away from their drivers.

However, it is the home theatre environment that really benefits from all that additional bass, which is why Dynaudio has introduced the Utility Link - unique device that makes it possible to combine two or more woofers in a multi-channel audio system

$500 PLUS fees (shipping, insurance, PayPal if used).

I know everything about this woofer. I have Installed so many of them in so many different rooms. It's very musical and quick. It's suited for a 2 channel music system. You have to hear it , it blends in so well you forget you even have a woofer. I did this woofer mostly with Dynaudio Audience 42 theater packages but a few times with the Audience 72's. Every single system used a Rotel RSX1065 or Rotel RSP1066 with a RMB1075. These very systems are what got me so into Dynaudio.

Good luck with your sale , you should really post pic's.

but how's the output potential for HT mantis? I would never doubt the musicality of Dynaudio but 90w max for a sub? Seems more music based than HT... I don't see how it can get low and loud with such little juice.

Pics are in the thread I started earlier for the 52SE & Sub20A sale - I was not able to post pics here, too. Don't let the 90W fool you - I was skeptical too when I first auditioned but it did not take me long to throw caution out the window. I have only used for 2ch music and as mantis stated this blends very well plus allows daisy chaining for a multi sub setup. I have never had the volume on the sub amp past the 50% on the dial and Xovered @ around 40 Hz to use with the 52SE. Someone will get a great sub for little dinero - truly quality will prevail here. Too many people pay more attention to numbers than real world measurements. The attached link in the original thread has a nice pic of the actual sub.

It's not designed for a large room. Small to mid size room it does just fine. Don't let the watts full you. It's real watts and they use them well. I Installed it in many mid size rooms and calibrated it. I will say it's more musical then Plaster cracking. It's not going to compete with a huge SVS for pressure but it will out play it for musical passages.

Go listen to any Dynaudio sub , they all sound the same just bigger and more powerful.
