I'm sorry but Brock's attitude in the ring was ridiculous. He's the reason I see UFC going downhill. Yes I know he came from the WWE but seriously, does he have to still carry that attitude? I know it's ratings and that's why a lot of mindless, Nascar watching, Busch Light drinking rednecks watch UFC (need proof? Go to any bar to watch a PPV) but I always appreciated the sportsmanship behind it. Something that Ogre will never have. Smack talk and saying how you're going to whoop someone is one thing but just flat out being a douschbag about it... I can't wait for the day Brock gets his **** clocked. I just am not sure who's going to do it. I will root for Carwin but I don't see it happening. We need more BIG guys from Pride to come in but UFC won't pay them enough. Ahem... Fedor... ahem...

Fedor is a small HW and has never faced someone like Brock before. He's faced huge guys but not with the athleticism or speed of Lesnar.

Not trying to sound like a Lesnar fanboy (far from it, can't stand the guy honestly) but he is a unique challenge to the entire HW division. I don't think we will see him make the rookie mistakes like he did against Mir the first time, he's only going to continue to improve as a MMA fighter. Like you said we need another monster to topple Lesnar, I don't think Carwin is going to be the answer.

That's not true. He face a quick as hell Kevin Randalman who dumped Fedor on his head. Fedor and Brock would be interesting. I just think that Fedor is too crafty...I would be interested to see how much of a tank Brock has - but right now, no one can get him there.

That would be my game plan for Fedor, make Brock chase you for a round or two and strike when he gasses out. Get in a few power bunches and then choke him out. I do think that would have been correct game plan for Mir as well.

Well, I guess Randalman meets two of the three attuributes but I wouldn't consider him "huge" as in Brock Lesnar huge. In fact he switch back and forth to LHW (205lb) a couple times. We're talking about a guy that has to cut a good 20lbs to make the 265lb HW limit.

Hardy did a lot better than I thought he would. Before the fight, I was thinking he'd be out by submission by the 3rd round.

I think gsp likes the ground better with certain fighters as he doesn't want a repeat of what happened with Matt Serra....but I could be way off.

You're probably right. While i think Hardy's stand-up has been slightly over-hyped, it was pretty obvious that George didn't want any part of the stand-up game.
