I just got done listening to this again for the 13000th time and it still blows my mind. This was the peak for these guys as far as I am concerned, they put the best of everything they had on that album. The SDA effect is awesome with this one. I have Mindcrime 2 and I like it but not like this. They have put out great albums before and after but this I think really defined their musical career.

For those who know it, a masterpiece. Surprisingly, it's not widely recognized. It's no Silent Lucidity.

Fantastic work of art and Jeff has one hell of an amazing voice. This is one of my top favorites.If...

Geoff Tate is one of my favorite vocalist, and yes this album rocks as well as Empire. Queensryche's First EP (with only 4 songs) is still one of my favorites as well, this EP just rocks hard..

They got me hooked with Rage for Order. I only wish that album was recorded as well as Op Mindcrime.
