    Great to hear it might be a good year for you. From what I have seen here it should be an awesome year;).Man I can't afford to move, let alone buy a house. I've done a little spending that I should not have done, and it might come back to bite me in the ****. Still looking for a job(it's been about year now). Keep us posted on how things are going with that lovely lady friend of yours. Just make sure to take it slow man, no need to jump right into things. I hope the rest of your birthday is awesome for you.

    Just don't do like my brother in-law. He had a totally awesome GF for 3 years. She was the one that he should have kept, smart, funny, caring,easy going, and also easy on the eyes. After 3 years together he still would not call her his girl friend. He ended up going away for a weekend, and just started ignoring her, and blowing her off. I'm pretty sure he will be kicking himself before too long. She is a real sweat girl. I really think my wifes brother is either afraid he will end up with some one like his Mom, or he is ****.
