Volume Issues

I hooked up my Surroundbar SDA and sub last night, looks great but lacks sound. Both work, but I cannot adjust the volume and I have followed all the directions in the booklet to a T. The TV is a brand new Samsung plasma as well, any suggestions?

    Hello,
    Welcome to the Club Polk Forum. The problem could be related to the audio outputs on your TV. If the signal leaving the TV is controlled by the TV's remote, you'll have to raise he level of the TV's audio signal then switch off the set's internal speakers.
