How do you know if a store is a Polk Authorized Retailer?

Its fair to assume places like Best Buy and Fry's are authorized retailers, and major online stores like Newegg and Amazon.

But when start to get into the depths of the internet and online stores I may not have heard of before -- how are you to know if they are authorized polk retailers? Do you just take their word? Is there a comprehensive list somewhere that we can browse?

And what about e-bay store fronts (other than polk direct) that claim to be authorized retailers? Should they be trusted that I would be getting the full 5 year warranty?
