Carver C-9

It seems as if my carver C-9 is not working.

The whole setup used to work as expected. After doing some troubleshooting with my pre amp. tape output and input, it seems as if the C-9 is not working.

Is there anything to check internally? The power light is on.

    Open her up and have a look see. Honestly, at the prices a C-9 can be had, you might just as well get another one.

    Check for bulged caps. At 25+ years old though, even without looking bad, the caps could be going going gone. Are you just not getting the holographic imaging like you used to? Welcome to Club Polk by the way.
