The main 2CH and HT rigs are finally reassembled from the pile-o-boxes in the first post. We are really digging beautiful SW Florida!

Still have 3 more 2CH setups and another HT setup to go. It's wonderful to have music again after nearly 2 months.

Thank you! We are swimming in a sea of boxes, but the tide has turned and I believe we'll get everything situated by mid-week.

I'm still sorting through the gear and media for the upstairs listening room. There will be two 2CH rigs, a small HT setup with a 42" plasma, and all the kids' gaming stuff.

One 2CH rig will be Innersound Isis hybrid ESL's driven by a Carver Research Lightstar Reference amp. The second will be Polk RTA 8T's driven by a Dynaco ST-70. In the mix will be R2R, vinyl, cassette, and CD media.

    Yep, I'm an audioholic.

Thanks Joe! This is Sandy's Florida dream home. We feel very fortunate and blessed.

Finally, all boxes are unpacked. The upstairs listening/game room is ready for furniture and the other pair of RTA-8T's. The best part: I didn't have to divest of anything except one pair of speakers. I am, indeed, an audioholic.

Thanks--but, bear in mind that is the second and third (of 4) 2CH rigs. Hence the need for this confessional thread. ;)

I still have to setup the single driver, Cain & Cain Abbey based rig in the MBR.

Here's a finished pic of the primary 2CH rig. The second pic is for you Joe. "The Clamp" really makes the magic with that table.

I don't think so, Darla. Most reformed alcoholics don't still hang around in bars. ;)

Thank you sir, I'm humbled. I just looked at the pic of that table again and had another eyegasm. Man she's a beauty. Which tonearm is that Mike?

    That's some work of art!

Mike I could swear that the arm tube looks almost like an SME V. Does the headshell rotate for azimuth adjustment?

    No, the headshell is fixed.

    No, the headshell is fixed.

I thought so, it's just like mine.

I've found that the SME V is so precise that all I have to do is make sure the base is balanced and SME takes for granted that a high end cartridge is going to be perfectly manufactured so there is no need to have the adjustment for azimuth. Plus the fact they don't like a two piece tube which I believe is best too.

With my ZYX Airy 3 cartridge azimuth is perfect but before I bought that I had I have a Dynavector 10 X 5 and had a bear of a time getting the azimuth set right. That's not to say the Dynavector is a POS it just isn't in the same league as the ZYX.
