I-Sonic ES2 Top Buttons not working after firmware update

Hi, I have a Polk Audio I-Sonic ES2 System in which I recently received a thumb drive to update the firmware. I updated just how the instructions stated and saw the Successful installation message. Now several of the top buttons on the system do not work including the power button and time set. I can still power on the unit if I use the remote.
I believe this may have something to do with the firmware update. I would appreciate any suggestions or advice to possibly fix this. If there is a way to reset the system let me know as I have tryed unpluging for a little while but still didnt correct.
Thanks for your time! Dan

I have the same issue, the top control buttons stopped working after firmware update. Customer Service response is to pack up the radio and ship it in for repair estimate. Since it was caused by firmware update does anyone have a solution they have found, any way to uninstall update?
For those considering the update to firmware update 1.35, I would advise against based on my experience. -
Same problem. Updated the firmware, top buttons stopped working.
I have e-mailed polk a number of times trying to get previous firmware e-mailed to me but they have stopped responding.
Anyone find a solution? Anyone have a copy of the earlier firmware?
Thanks! -

I have not yet updated my firmware and I have the same problem! The top control buttons stopped working.
This radio was very expensive. The lesson that I learned the hard way here is that I will absolutely never again consider purchasing any Polk products. -
All it takes is a phone call to get you on the way to being fixed. Problems happen, failures occur but Polk CS is second to none when it comes to support.CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.
