Incredible Customer Service from Kyle

I have to let the communities know what a positive, helpful and exceptional experience I had with one of Polk's technical associates Kyle. I had problems with my RTi70s losing their depth and sounding like I was listening to them through a pillow. I had replaced the tweeters and something still was not right.
I called Polk and as soon as Kyle answered, he was friendly, attentive, listened to what I had already attempted to troubleshoot and then offerred to check out my crossovers and tweeters!!! What a relief to get this help.
I was out of town a few days and when I got home last night my crossovers and tweeters were waiting for me. I put them in today and they sound better than new (upgraded crossover put in that will not compromise the match with my CSI 40 center). All is well again with my home theatre thanks to Kyle.
It also has to be mentioned that Kyle's helpfulness, positive attitude and responsiveness was all despite dealing with very unfortunate family matters that were certainly much more important than my speakers but you would never have known it based on Kyle's great attitude. THANKS KYLE!!! All the very best to you!!

Pretty good week for Kyle. He's the guy that helped me with my "subwoofer blowing fuses" issue earlier this week.

Maybe it's just the way the guy is. Happy to help to the best of his ability. I bet he loves his job.
