Clipping/static Sound from RTI A7

Is it possible for speakers to generate a random clipping/static sound? Every now and then, my receiver can be on or off, and I will hear a random static sound.

I have changed all my wiring.
I have tried with another amp.

Left to try:
1) another pair of speakers
2) another blue ray

Any ideas? can my speakers be the cause of this issue?

thank you,

Thank you for the warm welcome.

These speakers are polk RTi a7, they are my front speakers.
For testing purposes I have unplugged all others (center, rear and sub).
