PSW111 blowing fuses

I've had my PSW111 for about a year and everything had been great. Just this week it blew a fuse. I bought new fuses and all 4 of them blew right away. Any idea why this may be happening?
By the way, it's hooked up to an Onkyo TX-SR606

Sounds like a question for Polk's CS. Give them a shout in the morning on the phone. They will hook you up, and mention that you are a member of the forum for a discount. Hope you get back up and running soon.

Wow, just got off the phone with Kyle from Polk Audio CS. All I have to do is fax him a copy of my proof of purchase with the serial number of the sub, and they're going to send me a replacement unit.

    Quick and painless.....Polk Audio rocks!!

    Thanks,
    Dean

LOL, no problem man, I'm glad you got it all fixed up. That's what those guys do, and they do it very well. Most times a quick call to Polk's CS will fix just about any problem, so it is usually my first idea unless I have any thoughts as to what it might be.

Their CS was good enough, but I think the shipping dept could use some help. I called Kyle Wednesday and he said the item should be shipping that day but I never received any info at my e-mail address. So I called back today and talked to another person who said it was allocated but hadn't shipped yet. We reconfirmed my e-mail address to make sure I received the info when it shipped but still nothing.
I'm srtarting to wonder how much longer I'll be without a working sub.

Never fear......received the e-mail notification this morning that the item finally shipped.
Should have it in my hands Wednesday.

I have the same problem and my 3 year warranty expired a few months ago. Is it possible to buy a new amp? I contacted customer support but haven't heard back yet.

    Hello,
Most likely you'll be able to remove the bass amplifier and send it to Polk's CS department in Vista, CA. This should be less expensive than buying a replacement amp. Call them at: 1-800-377-7655 for details.
    Regards, Ken
