Recently I saw a thread about an individual that had a bad experience with Polk Customer Service. I recently dealt with them and it was nothing LESS than impressive. I ordered a pair of RDO's for my M12's. The rep said give it two weeks and we'll be in touch. OK, no biggie. They showed up today(a FULL week and a half ahead) and my M12's have NEVER sounded better. To that individual, I'm saying I'm sorry about your experience. BUT a company that has been stellar for 10 years(I believe that what you said), and they have one problem. GET OVER IT! ****, if Toyota's CSD was this good, they wouldn't have wasted 2 weeks in congress. Nough said.

So to Polk CS-thanks bunch, to the members of CP-you guys are the stank!

    It is good to hear about your positive experience with Polk CS. I am glad that you were happy with the service that you received.

    I am not sure why there are comments directed towards another user in such a negative manner. We need to make sure that we are respectfull of each other and not intentionally try to stir up emotions.

    now just stoke the xovers with sonicaps and you will really love them. its good to hear about great customer service, my RDOs for my M12s from Polk showed up in no time, the new tweets for my Lsi7s also. way to go Polk cs.
