Need replacement Driver for RT12

I emailed Polk's customer support almost a week ago and still haven't heard back. I have a RT12 driver that "seems" to work fine while playing music (ipod, CD, etc.). But when I play a DVD or Blu-ray, the driver distorts bad during background noise/music. I emailed Polk for a replacement driver and explained my problem but no help yet. Anyone have any ideas where I can get anew driver? By the way since this problem started I've replaced my Receiver and Blu-ray player. Plus I've swapped speaker wires, same issue.

You're better off calling them. Use the number that's located on the top right corner of this webpage. Good luck and welcome to Club Polk! :)

+1, calling is way better than E-mailing, there is a pretty slow turnaround on E-mails due to the amount they get I'm sure. Good luck, Polk will take care of you. Welcome to Club Polk, and make sure you tell them you are a member of Club Polk and I think shipping is free?
