At least I think that's why...
Can't this site be optimized for mobile browsers too? Or would that require expensive changes? Just wondering...

I've never had a problem. I'm posting 60% of the time from my I-Phone.

Me too, but to fit an entire post on the screen, horizontally even, the font is so small it's barely readable to me. If I enlarge it, I have to slide left and right as I read each post. Is there an iPhone setting I need to change? -

Browsing on the droid isn't bad, but a mobile interface would be nice."He who fights with monsters should look to it that he himself does not become a monster. And when you gaze long into an abyss the abyss also gazes into you." Friedrich Nietzsche

Yeah, I don't know if it's an actual mobile interface, but browsing AVS is much better on the iPhone - from a browsing experience perspective... the content, not so much! On AVS, at least, the width of the text area seems to adjust to fit the screen and leaves the font at a very readable size. There seems to be no such adaptation occurring with this site. -
