Isonic ES 2 in Sleep Mode

I have two issues when my new Isonic ES 2 is in sleep mode: The lowest volume is still a bit too loud. And the time does not display. Does anyone know of any sort of settings or software upgrades which will correct these two issues?

Hello,
To begin advancing the time, once you have set the correct time unplug the AC power supply. Then, after a second, reconnect the power supply and the time will begin advancing.
You'd have to check with Polk CS to see if there is an update for the volume level.

The time does display normally, it's only in the sleep mode---and I didn't know if the display in sleep mode could be modified to include the time.

Hello,
I'm not a hundred percent sure, but I don't believe so. But, you should check with Polk.
