SDA Soundbar subwoofer won't 'standby'

Just got a SDA Home Theatre in a box, and it's terrific! One small problem - the soundbar itself goes into standby mode after I stop using it, but the subwoofer doesn't - the light on the subwoofer stays green. I changed the channel on the subwoofer and the light turned to yellow - so I know that the light/led works - but obviously that isn't a solution because then the bar and subwoofer wouldn't work together. Any suggestions on this? Thanks!

    Hello,
Thanks for posting on the Forum. It is possible your TV is producing a small amount of noise that is preventing the auto on/off from working. You can test this by removing the audio connection from whatever device you are using to produce the audio signal from the SurroundBar and see if the sub goes into standby. If so, you might need to do a manual on/off for the SurroundBar.
    Cheers, Ken
