Polk CS off for President's Day?

I am just wondering if they have the day off because I tried calling them a couple of times and no one picked up. I just wanted to orders some parts today so I could get my speaker back up and running as soon as possible.

    I hope not because if this was so I would have to settle for some other manufacturers inferior speakers. Nothing beats Polk for the quality or the price.
