one of my RTi A3a sounds off

I use RTi A3s as my fronts. One of them sounds off. The sound is very "thin" when compared to the other speaker. I verified this both by listening to CDs and doing a channel level test on my receiver (Denon 890).
I then switched the speaker wires just to see if it was my receiver. It wasn't - no matter which wire or receiver output I used, it was always the same speaker that sounded off (thin/narrow sound).
Where can I find a place to fix this for me? It is still under warranty, I bought it about 2 months ago. Can't find a list of authorized dealers on the official polk site. I live in Calgary, Canada, and their 866 number doesn't work for me.

They have an International number that may work for you, I will post it below. Hopefully they will get you fixed up. If not, maybe some of our other Canadian members can point you in the right direction on a repair facility. Good luck.
