I used to find Wise in my "younger days" but it's been so long I've forgotten how they taste now. I know a guy who sends his friends in Texas a carton of Utz chips every month from Maryland. I'll have to check the local Food Lion now and see if they're carrying Wise products!!

For the first 15 years of my career, I got a bag of Wise chips in every flight lunch box. Then the health freaks got it changed over on the Flight Kitchen menu to a freakin' apple or granola bar. Ham & cheese sammy with granola bar. Kill me.
Noah, I would say that MAYBE, one in two hundred bags would react to the pressure changes. No matter how high we actually were, the cabin altitude was always maintained at about 8,000 feet. -
The bags come from India now
See what happens when you buy bags from India...they burst:)
I still remember one "brilliant customer engineer" took out the cooling section between the fryer and the packaging line. The chips were still off gasing after being packed and the bag would blow up firm like a football on the shelf! -

Do they maintain cargo areas in planes in the same manner? All I know is that we had issues even taking them over mountains in trucks unless we reduced the amount of air in the bags. About half the bags would be split by the time they made it to their destination.Ludicrous gibs!
