What's the best interconnect you have heard in your system and what's the best interconnect that you have at this time in your system?

Just food for discussion.:D

So far, after replacing relatively inexpensive ICs in the 2 channel system, I am using Kimber Kable Hero XLR ICs between all components for the analog links. For the digital ICs between the CD player and DAC, and the Wadia dock and the DAC, I am using Mapleshade/inSound Zepher digital ICs.

In the HT I am using Mapleshade analog ICs. This was a great upgrade over the inexpensive ICs, since it really bought out subtle details in movie soundtracks.
Lumin X1 file player, Westminster Labs interconnect cable
Sony XA-5400ES SACD; Pass XP-22 pre; X600.5 amps
Magico S5 MKII Mcast Rose speakers; SPOD spikes

Shunyata Triton v3/Typhon QR on source, Denali 2000 (2) on amps
Shunyata Sigma XLR analog ICs, Sigma speaker cables
Shunyata Sigma HC (2), Sigma Analog, Sigma Digital, Z Anaconda (3) power cables

Mapleshade Samson V.3 four shelf solid maple rack, Micropoint brass footers
    Three 20 amp circuits.

I guess i haven't gone that far down the rabbit hole yet, but Audioquest Scarlet Vipers by a VERY wide margin. I doubt i'll be upgrading anytime soon. They're so warm and full, it's amazing the change when you do a quick a/b switch of them.
I don't read the newsssspaperssss because dey aaaallllllllll...... have ugly print.

I'm using Transparent MusicWave IC's, but the best I have heard are the Cardas Gold and some Cardas prototypes. They were mighty fine. Way out of my price range though.

I really like mine, but if I had 5 times the money I would be running MIT shotguns.
Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
    Thanks

I've tried a quite few different cables (from so called "high end" to "bargain"), but for the level of my rigs, AudioQuest and Signal Cable give me an acceptable level of performance. And yes, cables do make a difference.

I have a jumble of different cables. Keep upgrading as I have the cash. Currently I have Kimber, Cardas, Transparent, MIT, White Zombie, MAC, and Ben's. I use silver for source to pre, and copper for everything else
