polk dsw pro 600 popping??

brothers i have polk dsw pro 600 and it pop when i'm listening at -20db or up i usually listening to -30db why is this happening did i play my subwoofer very hard but my old polk psw 125 subwoofer has not any problem at all even when i'm listening to -5db to 0db is my subwoofer damage pleeeeeeeeeeease reply i'm worried

Sounds like it might be defective. I've been told that polk is very easy going about exchanging problems like that for a new or refurbished one. I was told when i bought my sub that polk has a 5 year warranty on the speaker and 3 on the amp for subs.HT basement room:

let the dealer take a look, or if the dealer is close by you can take
it there and audition it in the showroom.. -
brothers i just cure the problem actually i was playing sub very hard i set it at -0.5 db and others are around -7db etc ect but when again i set sub volume knob to half and i then run audyssey again and it set my subwoofer now -10db and others at -7db etc etc and no popping sound at all even at reference volume level of avr 0dbpolk tsi 500.polk cs 20,polk tsi 200,two hsu uls15 15 inch subs,onkyo 807,ps3(250gb),epson tw3500 1080p projector,optoma 120 inch 16:9 screen
