The seller had 3 pair available. I won one pair for $125. The other two remained unclaimed. These will be a perfect match for my RT55's and CS400.

I believe I got a good price, or course that does not include shipping, but I'm happy and the timing could not have been better.

Peace Out~:D

Congrats Ron. Looks like you did find some "in walls" with Tri-Laminates. Those should match up really well with your fronts/center. You gonna paint 'em black. That would look sweet. Can't wait to see 'em up.

I'm working on dealing with him now. In my next email, I'll ask him if he minds I give out his email and if so, I'll forward it to ya.

I'm really looking forward to getting these installed. Hopefully, all goes smoothly with the sale.

So far I've had no contact with the seller other than a request through ebay to send a Cashiers Check for $150.

I've sent several emails off asking questions with no response yet.

I'm now just going to sit back and wait and see if he contacts me. If not, no deal as far as I'm concerned.

The auction ended several days ago. He has not relisted the other two pair that he said he had.

I hope he replies soon. These inwalls seem hard to find and he had a great price.

I got a hold of the seller, he said he wanted 150, shipping included. Look for new thread, AB755 or CS350!

Good deal. He ships fast. The day my money order arrived he shipped the speakers. Mine are scheduled for delivery on the 14th.

My room is only 9' wide and the 25i's are sticking out from the wall 1' on each side. These inwalls should work out great.

    They showed. Get this...

Brand 'spank'en' new. Still sealed in the Polk box, still wrapped in plastic...these babies have never been violated. Perfect condition. I am one very happy camper. Cannot wait to get these babies installed.

Pictures of the twins forth coming...

I've already begun demo of the upper molding and the rear lighting in the Driftwood to being installation. Hopefully, they'll be up and running by this weekend.

The other nice bennie with these inwalls is the driver is larger than that in the RT25i (6.5" instead of a 5.25") and they go a bit lower down the Hz ladder.

Placed my order! I had a pair of these in my last house. I didn't have any insulation behind the speaks there. I'm going to add insulation on this install. Should clean up the sound nicely. Now all I need is that new B&K AVR 507. Or maybe the Outlaw 200X7 with their pre/pro. A little cheaper, but easier to upgrade the pre/pro later. If it wasn't 5 effin G's for curtains...:supermad:

Thanks for the heads up Ron!

Yes Chris, they are paintable. They'll be getting a nice coat of black paint this weekend. They even include plastic paint covers that cover the speaker face plates..too cool.

Great deal wallstreet! Let me know when you get'em.
