IMG_0917.jpg
up for karma here is a sampler of my homemade dried Italian sausage. if anyone doesn't know its basically Italian sausage hang dried and cured at about 35f for 10 to 14 days. it has a jerky like consistency and is best enjoyed thin sliced with a chunked sharp chease, but it can be eaten any old way - very yummy! I'll draw a winner one week from today. It will arrive vacuum sealed and ready to eat. 100 post and a simple in please. good luck!

jr. I'm IN Please!!!! this reminds me of when my Grandfather would make his sausage and pepperoni. Even though he died almost 40 years ago, I can still remember helping him fill the casings and the distinct smell of the pepperoni curing in the garage.

    Great Karma
