Single Tweeter Blowing problem?

i have 2 350 watt tweeters running off a Pioneer AVH-P4100DVD H.U(no amp) and only my driver tweeter stops working. i replaced it and it repeated. Any suggestions???

Car guy thing, sorry IDK what is wrong with it.....but sounds like a bad unit. Like the Dr said when the patient said "It hurts when I do this" Dr said "Then don't do that", I would stop putting drivers in it until you get the deck fixed....
