Happy Birthday to the jeopardized emo civil discussion!

Oups, was this what you really met or did you simply wanted to raise a big stink by awakening the pack of emo haters and their sheeps followers that jumps and run each and every time they see the word emo typed on this forum? You should let them rest for a bit as their hate and rage might simply give them a heart attack or even feed and worsen their cancer! The history of this thread simply shows a civil and enjoyable discussion until some stobborn haters jumped in to thread to impose their law, enough said...

    to the original poster (OP).
Recently I added a Emotiva XPA-3 system to power my Rti A9's and CSi A6 and I am very happy with the upgrade and the price range that I was working within. I searched the internet for info on Emotiva amps and the general consensus was that they were a good quality amp at a fair price that works well in home theater applications.

In my application the XPA-3 added clarity and a bigger soundstage. At the lower volumes the music and movies sound fuller and there is more presence. At higher volumes the music is more defined and livelier.

Emotiva has a forum of their own, I would suggest you search some of your answers out over their as you will most likely avoid the off topic stuff and the negativity that has grown in this thread.

If you have any questions on the XPA-3 ask away! Good luck with your selections. Greg F.

I don't care for EMO gear so I am now an EMO hater? Is it me you are referring to as one of the sheep herders? Hate and rage? Get a heart attack or feed and worsen our cancer? Tell me something are you that retarded? EMO is just one of those over hyped companies like Bose and ~M~ cables. Get over yourself no tech kid. If you really want to talk about sheep you should look at some of the EMO fanboys:rolleyes: Well thanks for the laugh. Hop back in your Yugo and keep telling people that it is a great luxury sports car. We all know that some of the very best stuff in the world is also the cheapest, and you get what you paid for is just propaganda to get people to waste their hard earned money:rolleyes:
    Goodnight kid.

    Goodnight Greg.

Actually woke up at 4:30 am, no need to go back to sleep! Saw the date and did not realize it was from 2010 and not 11. Thanks for pointing this out.

Maybe if someone searches my info will help!

The hostile content of this thread is disappointing to me since I have thought since coming here that this was the friendliest forums I've visited. A lot of the time I get much more interesting information from a new thread than I ever get from the search function. We're just a bunch of people interested in the same thing and I don't see a big problem with another discussion that I can learn from in addition to what I get from doing a search.:smile:

Hostile? Sorry Don send me your addy and I'll send you a box of soft tissues:biggrin: Obviously you don't spend a lot of time here. There are an average of at least 2 threads a week asking about amps. Not much has changed in the last few years except EMO coming on the scene.

Edit:BTW this thread is over a year old:wink:

Oh Rats! A year old??? And I was just putting in the popcorn to enjoy while I watched the fireworks tonight... Proly won't happen :frown:
SDA SRS modded: X’ovrd, de-polyed, inductorized, interconnectorized, re-posted, dynamited, RDO’d, spiked, gasketed, ringed (Larry's), and grill cloth blinged! Done this on my own? Not a chance. Thanks to Raife and all who forged easy to follow upgrades. At least a 100% improvement in sound and my personal listening pleasure! :cheesygrin:Pass XP-10 preamp, Parasound A21 amp, Pioneer Elite DV-58AV (Ric Shultz modded), Audioquest Sky IC's, No longer need my Sunfire sub after mods...
