DSW micropro2000 Sub, lights but no sound

I have a DSWmicroPRO2000 which (a) responds to connected power with lights and (2) blinks in response to the remote and the amp's vol up down buttons, but there is no sound or vibration from the driver at any volume setting. I've tried two sources and my other sub (DSWPro400) works fine with them.
On the DSWmicroPRO2000, I have removed the twelve (12) screws around the perimeter of the amp to look inside but the amp is still attached (not movable) with those 12 screws removed.
How do I remove the Amp to look into the enclosure and check the connections?
I don't want to pry or force anything or mar the finish (e.g., if the amp is glued in place or one of the other fasteners on the amp needs to be removed).

You're going to have to pry on it a little bit more, it'll come off. The first time I took mine off it was a little difficult due to the seal.
What I did was unscrew one of the inner screws that doesn't connect to the box and use that screw and pliers to pull up on the amp while prying. -
Thanks! That worked.
Now the question is how do I connect the red and black leads from the amp to the active driver? I can see that near the front of the cabinet there are what appear to be side facing spade connectors, but the amp's leads are too short to reach that and are terminated in cylindrical connectors. Its not obvious to me where these leads are supposed to connect to the driver. Am I missing a set of intermediate connectors?
