Can anyone comment on these cables?

I'd be interested in any input on these 14 AWG silver coated copper stranded cables versus, say, the AQ Type 4 with solid conductors.

Good cables at a budget price. Those are probably DH Labs T-14 cables sold under a different name.Audio Art works with them and I bet thats where they get thier raw cable.
I use T-14 cables in a shotgun config.
If you like your sq a little tipped up, go with them.Other wise the AQ Type 4 are a solid choice too.
Right here is a very good speaker cable for the price.I may have to try these myself>>http://www.audiogon.com/cgi-bin/cls.pl?cablspkr&1268374784&/Monarchy-Speaker-Cable

I wouldn't worry about it, all speaker cable technology is just a myth. Just get ya some 12 gauge zip cord at Lowes, it's as good as anything else out there.;) Sorry, I couldn't resist!

Interesting... thanks for the link. What do you think about those compression fit nanners compared to soldered?

That could start a debate.Compression, soldered or set srew.I wouldnt worry to much about that.Just use some deoxit gold to protect the copper or silver.
If I were to DIY another set of speakers cables I would use Xhadow nanners.>http://www.cryo-parts.com/banana.html

    There very expensive though.Overpriced IMO

Hmmm..if anyone does give these a try, let me know what you think. I'm interested in a good, cheap cable.

Been using AudioArt speaker cables for two years. Very flexible, far more than most at this price. Very neutral sound.
