I-Sonic II HD Radio, buttons not working

My ES2 is just over 2 months old, a couple of weeks ago the volume buttons and a number of other buttons stopped working, I can still control it with the remote. I've also been unable to reach support via e-mail or phone to get a flash update since the unit was purchased.

I'll need some assistance to RMA the unit for replacement or have someone contact me to t/s, ideally I would like to flash the unit to see if that corrects the current problem.

I've already sent several messages to support with no response, so I'm feeling a bit apathetic about Polk's support process.

    Try calling them again...their support is very good.
