Soundbar 360 speaker makes popping sound

Hello. i just recently purchased a soundbar 360. when i power it on the speaker makes a loud popping sound. it does this no matter what the volume setting when turned on. what do you think the problem is because i do not think this is normal.

    I have had mine for almost a year, and it has made intermittent "electrical" popping sounds since the day I got it. The BestBuy guy suggested that it may be the external subwoofer I hooked it up to, but I don't think that's the problem. Otherwise, I love it. But, if anyone does have a fix, PLEASE post it here!

    I have the same problem with my Soundbar 360, sometimes it happens when I change channels. Any ideas?
