Little hand-held vacuum cleaner does the job, almost every time.
Toughest job was dimples in dome tweeter of one the AR-9's. It's a fabric dome, so having those dimples in there for a good length of time, was the equivalent of taking a pair of jeans that have a wrinkle in them and stuffing them in a drawer for a few years. That wrinkle is just about lasered in by then. I wasn't having much success. The dimples would come out, but immediately re-form after suction was removed. Gravity was working against me. I put the speaker face down on a couple of chairs and tried again. The dimples came out and stayed out. I left it in that position for a few more hours. When I righted it, the dome stayed a dome.
