Monitor 7C's with a CS400 center works well for me. I need to pick up some 4's for the surrounds though and upgrade the sub, just not sure what to get there, maybe the 505.

In the bedroom I have a 3.0 system with Monitor 7's with Peerless and a CS175 center. Sounds pretty good and I use it more for music than the home theater so I use it in stereo then and just use the center for TV.
