I Sonic ES2 No radio audio

I have recently purhcased and setup an iSonic ES2.

I have used the radio and iPod functions since initial setup for about 2-3weeks.

This weekend the radio function no longer produces audio. I can see when I am in FM or FM HD and that the radio picks up the channel. BUT it plays no audio. I have already searched the forum and tried unplugging for 30 minutes and restarting. Still no sound when in radio.

It plays the iPod function just fine, however.

Any help? Or do I need to return?

    John,

    It does sound like there may be an issue with your IES2, what retailer was this purchased from?

    Contact customer service 1-800-377-7655 and they will assist you, so long as you purchased it from an authorized retailer and have proof of it.
