In Store Demo Model won't Unlock

I have this I-Sonic ES2 HD Radio that we got on Amazon. It says DEMO on the screen and says press any button to unlock. But it wont come out of demo mode so nothing really works.

There must be some button combination to unlock it from demo mode.

Any tips?

    perhaps send it back?

    The Demo mode is actually Demo Firmware for dealer use only, it seems as though amazon may have gotten this by mistake. Send me an Email @ Kshufelt@polkaudio.com, Include your Mailing address and full name and I can send out a thumb drive with the Consumer firmware that you may upload onto the unit.

    Awesome customer service...but 3 separate people with the same unit popped up at almost exactly the same time. All joined today, all with random names...

    Lots of red flags!

    You are right, it does throw red flags, although it pops up this way alot of the time, we may see 3-4 pop up all at once, and then go 4-5 months with mabey 1 other issue :P

    Thanks for the fast response.

    But why do they have to mail a thumbdrive? Why can't the firmware be available for download, like 95% of websites with software for their products?

    Primarily because the Isonic 2 will only recognize a thumbdrive with LESS than 1 GB of storage capacity. And 99% of thumb drives sold at retail stores are 1GB or more

    i purchased an i-nsonic ipod dock that is in stuck in demo mode. any help or suggestions woud greatly be apprecitated.
