Hopefully in keeping with the resent "Crank It Up" and "Turn It Down" threads... How 'bout intro's that either have you reaching to do the former though you may may soon do the latter?

One that I turn up and leave up is "Lunatic Fringe" from Red Rider. Was on the "Vision Quest" soundtrack. Hardly a great flick, but it did give us Linda Fiorentino... :D

One I turn up and then back down (quickly) is Billy Thorpe's "Children of the Sun". Great intro that just fizzles into a nothing song.
More later,
Tour...

    12 string bliss, period.

I always thought The Beatles 'Revolution' made almost everyone
crave some attenuation when you hear it.

Van Halen's 1984 & Jump always did a little something for me also.

Soundgarden - Rusty Cage. Although it can easily be put in the Crank it up section.

    Tool - Prison Sex

AC/DC - Shake Your Fondations. Probably a whole wack of AC/DC song out there.

I always loved the beginning of "Hotel California".

Boston's "Foreplay/Long time" is total classic!

Europe, wow, that brings back some memories.

I don't know if I should duck after saying this, but man we used to CRANK that song in the car as teenagers.

    Cheers,
