Does anything else work in that outlet? like a lamp?

Is the PSW111 brand new? have you tried it in another outlet?
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

Yes other things work in this outlet and I have tried using another outlet. Was new in feb. but quit working in May. Bought at CC clearance sale but no receipts

Call CS tomorrow and explain what happened, they should be able to cover you in regards to the warranty sans receipt. Make sure you have the model and serial number handy when they ask for it. You'll be up and running in now time.

    I love that little subwoofer.

Mark (dorokusai) is right tsh, Polk CS is probably your best bet on this. You may be out of a sub for a few days, but they will take care of you. Better than trying to monkey with it yourself and make it worse. It could be any number of things that may be easy or very complicated to fix. Call CS in the morning and explain what is happening, you will be happy with the results. Welcome to Club Polk.

Yep, Doro told you and you went bump for more help. You are fairly new on the board and we'll give you the benefit of the doubt for not realizing that Doro is part of the Polk CS team and led you to prompt service and your bump comment wouldn't lead insider to keep on helping you with your answer. Now that you realize Doro is part of Polk team and is there to help you, I am convinced you will not bump his help anymore, right ;) By the way tshepball, welcome to CP :)

    Cheers!
