I will say this... I have no SDA reference point. Be that as it may, these are some very nice speakers. They definitely outperform their price point. Every time I upgrade a component, they are able to reveal both weakness and strength. And they image without any SDA witchcraft. ;)

    Same here, except $350.

I don't doubt at all that they're a good speaker, but having owned SDA 1C's and now Maggies...I wouldn't want to go to another pair of box speakers unless they were SDA's or something higher-end.

    Congrats on the steal!

I paid $200 + 200 to ship. Kinda high, but worth it. $125 is an absolute steal barring flying spiders living in them or something. Even then...

SDA's do have witchcraft as someone else stated. You notice I said "true to form audiophile speakers". These are VERY good speakers. With that said, the electronics to go with them need to be very good also.

    It doesn't matter in regards to L & R.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

They are really good Polk speakers, very neutral and if I got mine for $125 I would have never got rid of them. I loved mine but these RTA11t with new 194 sound better for my tastes, but wish I still had both to a-b them.
