    Move forward as a group, he's on a 7 day vacation, I'm typing up an email to the powers that be now, and they will take it from there - I don't like to stick my nose in things like this (I usually just deal with spam) - but the racial stuff can't go on, period.

    Like I said, everyone just carry on as normal - Scott, I'm going to go ahead and lock this one down, if there is additional follow up needed from you or Russ that you want public, you guys can start a new post.
