    Wow, he can take time out to attend Polk Fest but can't take time out to ship the item. I've met Lightman and we've had some exhcanges, etc. But no excuse can cut it. You 'eff'd up big time, now it's time to man up and throw yourself at the mercy of CP and hope your rep hasn't been tarnished.

    I agree he needs to man up, i just dont know him personally so i cant really give much more. It will get cleared up and he needs to get left honest feedback. Thats they way it works around here

    he knows the consequences, better than a newb does, when a member goes bad its always a bit of shocker.....Russ needs to make good now, things are being done to try and help things along not everything needs to get posted, the bighit is already done.

    Honestly, it doesn't excuse it but Russ does have the fact that all the foul weather has made a utility worker's nightmare come true down in his neck of the woods. I can see it slipping a couple of weeks because of that but months?

    If he's got a shipping label, you don't even need to drive to FedEx, print the label, slap it on the box and call them. They will come pick it up. If you don't have the capability to print, take the packed and ready box to FedEx, give them the waybill number from the PDF and they will print the labels right then and there, afix them for you and give you the receipt with tracking number.

    Or you could have brought it to PolkFest and someone could have helped you pony express it.

    FWIW, I just spoke with Russ on the phone, and he is/will take care of this,, so lets' not turn this in to a bonfire,, there may be more to the picture than meets the eye.I'm 100% sure that Russ will make it right ASAP.

    Correct....

    It's not about a witch hunt. No other suggestions were really made in the thread except we need to know his name. I don't think Russ is a bad guy, nor is he a scammer. Real life happens sometimes. It's just after the last call, I figured there was nothing else I could really do except get some other folks involved.
