2 weeks ago my 2-channel rig had a hiccup when the PS for my SB3 went down.

I emailed Bolder Cable since the SB3 was modded by them and shot an email to CIAudio - who manufactured the PS.

Both Wayne (Bolder Cable) & Dusty (Channel Islands Audio) asked me to send the equipment in straight away.

I did and they had everything inspected and repaired and back to me in no time flat.

It was a pleasure to deal with both of them for the 1st time as I am not the original owner of either piece of equipment.
