pioneer elite vsx-99 problem

i wanted to see if any one new how to fix this? the receiver works good in 2 Chanel mode no matter if i am using speaker set A or B or both at the same time i can play it all day long but if i turn on the DPs it shuts off after 5 TA 10 minutes any one know why this is and what i can do to fix it ???? i would say it has somthing to do with the dsp decoder

    What speakers do you own? It sounds like it's going into clipping or protection.

    well right now a set of Polk m5 before that a set of rta 11t before that infinity rs-1000 before that kef 103.3s

    How old is your receiver? never heard of a pioneer elite vsx-99

    turn on the digital signal processor and it will shut off after % or 10 minutes

    its from around 1999 2001 its 5.1 130 wpc
