I'm actually quite new at this forum stuff and I can figure out most of the abbrevs but a few just stump me and I was always afraid to ask.

Make a registry of all abrevs, when you use a new one add it to the registry so other people can use it later and we all know what it means. -

NO, bump is usually used when a thread has become dormant without any responses in a while. Most people just reply with "BUMP" to bump the thread back into the active/new posts queue so that others will read it again.Originally posted by rs159
