Listening music on your 2 channel rig?

This is not the first time I heard this song! I played it and listened to it for hundred of times on the same rig. But today, I just sit and listen to it one more time and I am so absorbed in the music and noticed my eyes are watery.

As a man, I don't want to admit I cried listening to some recorded songs but hey I want to know if anyone here are have the same experience.

I want to know what music makes your eyes watery and touched your souls. I want to know them all. I want to experience these songs myself. So, share....share....share!

Song Title, Singer Name, Album, Format?

This really depends on my mood , what's going on in my life. But to answer your question yes I have. I few times actually.

Loreena McKennitt "The Book of Secrets" " Dante's Prayer.
Loreena McKennitt "An Ancient Muse" " Penelope's Song".

Life is tuff sometimes. Sometimes certain sounds move you. I was home alone these 2 times and found myself letting go for awhile. There where things going on that kinda made me weak in the knees.

As some others have said, totally depends on the mood. But it doesn't have to be a very good song, great recording, or really emotional. It really is the sounds, the mood, the associated memories, etc.

"Alyssa Lies" by Jason Michael Carrol is the only one I remember off the top of my head, and that was because of the song itself, not mood.

I haven't cried while listening to this, but with a 6 year old son, it makes me think about how/where I'm spending my time. I used to work pretty long hours and this song says to me "The money's not worth it."

DK's "Little girl blue" makes me not wanted to cry but very sad.

This old man cried when they played "on eagles wings" and "Amazing Grace" on the day I bid farewell to my mother forever.

Make fun at me if you will but please not the songs.

Yeah, I'll confess. Can't remember the songs, but it's happened more than once. Used to think it was weird, but then I realized that being so moved by music is a gift. Love it.

I think I shed a few tears once when I was listening to a song and a pair of 33000uf caps vented and filled the air with acrid smoke on a class A amp I had, due more to the acidic smell then the song though. f****n house reeked for days.

Well, I just pulled off the impossible by doing a double-blind comparison all by myself, purely by virtue of the fact that I completely and stupidly forgot what I did last. I guess that getting old does have its advantages after all :D

Tears in Heaven always made me tear up when it was first released.

Crying to show emotion has absolutely NOTHING to do with being a man, and everything to do with being a human being.

The sooner more men figure out there is more to being a man than having a *ick, the better of the world will be!

Those of you putting down these other men, whether joking or not need to rethink your lines of reason.

I forget their names but the people that did the soundtrack for Oh Brother Where art thou played in Dallas. The old man sang Amazing Grace vocals only and I admit to tearing up. Not only only was it beautilful but it reminded of my grandmother and this was her favorite song.
