To begin, this game is AWESOME; I've been playing it a lot since I got it, on play-through 2 with my hunter and it doesn't get boring. Hell, the second play-through is actually more fun IMO than the first because of the harder enemies and much better loot/weapons! Top 5 favorite game for me.

TOxis, multiplayer is just the single player story, but you can go through it with up to 4 people co-op style via xbox live or split screen. There are also arenas where the players can set up duels between each other.

definitely worth playing... especially if you can get it at a discount.. If you like action RPG's... (i.e. first person shooters or action type games with a character development/skill-raising element) and item-**** (i.e. items dropping frequently with randomly assignment positive and negative stats).. this is most assuredly a game you will enjoy.

Too bad, it was down to $10 during their big 4th of July sale a couple weeks back. They have some crazy good deals on games every year around the 4th of July and around the first of the year...

The character development in Fallout 3 was much better IMO, but the loot in this game is insanely plentiful and good.

Honestly, I'm probably a little past 1/2 way done with the sniper and i've been bored for a long time. It's the same thing over and over with new monsters every now and then.

If I had friends to play co-op with, no doubt it would be a lot more fun.

I'm currently level 27 or 28 with the Soldier. Even though it really is just the same thing over and over, I'm a Call of Duty player so killing the same thing over and over doesn't bore me. I'm the guy who back in the days of Tomb Raider would just do the all weapons code, leave a room and come back to kill more tigers or whatever. lol I'm simple minded when it comes to games. I don't like a lot of over thinking to figure out where to go or what to do. Just give me a location of where to go and who to kill... and I'm happy!

I still play it from time to time, probably spending on average 4 hours a month playing it right now, I'm on PC though.

I've got several level 60 characters at this point, working on getting my hunter up to speed now.

Have it for PS3 but since black ops, kinda hard to find time to play borderlands. And I have a gut feeling I'm getting GT5 for Christmas so now borderlands will be once every 4 months kind of thing. Lol great game tho!!
