Panel Fuse/Cap Problem SDA 1

Hello folks;
I have an ongoing problem with a Panel Fuse/Cap on my SDA 1's.
The cap will not stay locked into position, and therefore I am losing the SDA side of my drivers. Radio Shack (or Polk) do not have the old style panel fuses like the ones on these.
Anyone have some? I would be happy to pay for a few of these to avoid rewiring newer model panel fuses to solve this.
How about any ideas, in case I overlooked something!
Thanks-
