    He obviously figured out that you can't ship these for $100 as was indicated in the Ebay listing. Those things require freight. He'd be lucky to get someone just to pay the $250 shipping to take them off his hands. Looks like this needs to be a local pickup by someone who has some restoration experience.

    I guess I'm still missing something...each and every one of those drivers looks just fine to me.

    The cabinets are obviously rough, and his asking price is too high, but the drivers look fine to me. It'd be a pretty easy fix, assuming that all the drivers work.

    The main thing is there is no controller. That's really the heart of the SRT system.

    I sent him a question about the history of the speakers, i'll bet I get no answer as to the condition or how they got that way! It just doesnt seem to me that in the condition they are in that all the drivers work, unless they replaced some of them.
    Most of them only hear how loud it sounds, and the rest of us hear everything else - :rolleyes:
