    I have both a 2 channel and HT. Though my HT is based around a 2 channel system. In the HT the L/R speakers are Thiel CS3.5 and the amp is a Carver TFM 55.

    Though I spend most of my time with my dedicated 2 channel.

    Well...it's too late now, but I'd like to change my vote...lol

    Throughout the last few weeks, there have been some big changes to my rig. My HT setup has been completely disassembled, and I'm now running exclusively 2 channel in my main rig.

    I don't need any of that surround sound nonsense...lol...At least not until I've got more room.

    One of those combined guys myself. Due mostly to the wife who likes good sound but lacks the patience for more complicated systems. Hell, I still have to remind her 'silver side down" when loading a cd or dvd, and thats been going on for over 10 years now.:)

    currently a combined rig but I'm downsizing (selling off pieces) of my old primary hobby so I can have some cash to put together a nice budget 2 channel separates rig.

    BlueSound Node->Ethereal optical cable->Peachtree Audio Nova 150->GoldenEar Triton 2+
