It depends on how low your RM series speakers can play. I would try both settings and see what one you like best.Mains.............Polk LSi15 (Cherry)
Center............Polk LSiC (Crossover upgraded)
Surrounds.......Polk LSi7 (Gloss Black - wood sides removed and crossovers upgraded)
Subwoofers.....SVS 25-31 CS+ and PC+ (both 20hz tune)
Pre\Pro...........NAD T163 (Modded with LM4562 opamps)
Amplifier.........Cinepro 3k6 (6-channel, 500wpc@4ohms) -

Well from this site..overall frequency response is 95Hz-22KhZ and lower -3db at 130HZ upper Db -3 at 20KHZ.
So from that is 80Hz still good at that range? or should i set it to something else lol? sorry total newb at this. -
Personally - I would try 120 and 150hz with those speakers. (if you can localize the bass to much at that setting, drop it down until you cannot tell where the bass is coming from.)
