    Hello,
Maybe I can help construct someone’s pet project?
    Ken

Well, we've been having a little difficulty lately with Fluffy .....

Now that I've gotten that out of my system (You probably won't have to put up with that stuff down in Florida), here's to hoping that your class and smarts bring you much success in your new adventure(s).

    :)

P.S. Florida beach pix will be appreciated.

    Ken,

Congradulations on your retirement and new endeavours! I wish you the best of luck. You were such a pleasure to deal with whenever I had any problems. You will be sorely missed around here, but I look forward to checking out your new business. All the best!

Ken, you are going to be seriously missed. You audio knowledge is very much appreciated. It's great to have a audiophile in a company to help with advice.

    Thanks and enjoy your future,

Ken was the first person I spoke to at Polk CS, and I'm now grateful that he was. As it was my first call, he set the tone for how I would feel about the Polk CS group for all of eternity. On that first call, he eased my panic by walking me through an explanation of the polyswitches and how they worked to protect the tweeters. For added measure, he sent me replacements at no cost.

Thanks, Ken, for setting the tone.
