Polk Customer Service is Wonderful!

Several weeks ago I blew-out the drivers on my six-month old CSi40. Due to being away on business travel, I just got around to calling Polk Customer Service today. I called Helen to explain my problem, fully expecting to purchase two new drivers since, as I admitted to her, it was my own dumb fault that my speaker was damaged.

She told me that even though I caused the damage, Polk will cover this under warranty and send replacement drivers to me once they receive the damaged ones.

I was impressed with my Polk purchases when I first got my speakers last fall, but I'm even more impressed with the company today! The quality of the speakers alone would have made me consider Polk for all future purchases, but the quality of the customer service I received today made me a customer for life!
